What your written quotation should confirm
Commercial terms
Exact model and configuration, quantity, MOQ, sample cost, unit price, currency and quotation validity. Ask for the preferred delivery term with its named place or port; available terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Packing & delivery
Product and carton dimensions with units, net and gross weight, units per carton, included accessories and battery inclusion. Confirm production lead time separately from transit time.
Quality & support
Agree the datasheet, sample approval and inspection arrangements. Confirm warranty period, covered parts, claim evidence, replacement process and responsibility for related shipping costs.
Before placing an order, confirm the contracting company, written payment schedule, invoice details and available model-specific documentation. Payment and delivery commitments are established in the agreed quotation and order documents.

Is a 3000W series always 3000W continuous?
No. A series or label number is not automatically continuous output or peak output. The manufacturer table lists continuous power and label power in separate columns. Peak power is shown only where explicitly specified. Factory materials also contain different configurations under similar names. Check the continuous and peak ratings of the exact quoted unit.
Does 1200VA mean 1200W?
VA is apparent power; W is active power. They are not interchangeable. Ask for the watt rating and supported loads for the specific inverter.
Which waveform do I need?
Tell us the equipment you intend to power. Pure sine wave and modified sine wave products have different load compatibility. Motors and other equipment may have substantial starting demand; selection needs confirmation for your application.
Are batteries and solar panels included?
The supplied solar combo-system manual describes a main unit with batteries and panels purchased separately. Confirm exactly what is included in each quotation.
Can I request a sample or a customized version?
Yes, you can ask. Sample availability, customization feasibility, MOQ, cost and lead time are confirmed by the factory for each request.
What about warranty, shipping and payment?
These terms are agreed in your written quotation. Send the product, quantity and destination so we can discuss them. This website does not collect online payments.
Can you provide certificates or manuals?
Ask for the current manual, datasheet and available model-specific documents. Document scope and destination requirements must be checked for the exact configuration; a certificate for another model does not confirm coverage.
