Information you share

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, country, company, phone number, requested product, quantity and message, plus any optional configuration, delivery and customization requirements you provide. Required fields are marked on the form. We store a daily hash of your IP address, where available, to reduce spam.

How we use it

We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss product suitability and prepare quotations. Relevant product requirements may be shared with the factory to answer your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Your contact choices

We record your preferred reply channel and any optional permission to contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, with its wording version and submission time. WhatsApp permission is optional and unchecked by default. It covers specifications, quotations and related follow-up for your enquiry; it does not subscribe you to promotional broadcasts. You can ask us to stop through WhatsApp or either business email. If you do not give WhatsApp permission, we use email.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The public enquiry desk is disabled. We keep records while needed to handle your enquiry and business correspondence. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

Email notifications

After saving an enquiry, we send its contact and product requirements through FormSubmit to our business enquiry email. FormSubmit processes this information to deliver the notification. You can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp if you prefer.

External services

WhatsApp and Facebook links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Email links open your email application. This site does not use advertising tracking or a newsletter subscription.
